Hear Doggy! flat toys are one size fits all.  The bodies are flat, but there is some stuffing in the head - where the squeaker is.

I have the flat flamingo.  It makes a great tug toy for me.   It is great for fetch too!   After I fetch it, I like to lay down and squeak it over & over.   Of course, Mom can't hear the squeak; she only sees me biting it.  BOL!!

 I don't have one, but Hear Doggy! is also available as stuffed Martians that feature Chew Guard technology.
